This consists of writing the full job description, like what is your time frame to complete the said task and what you need to end it. After you have completely mapped out your plan to end the task, you will have to to get all necessary paraphernalia. Just remember to also put this in you plan and write down how long it will take to prepare and ready all the things you will need.
From here on, you will need to divide the project into different parts. How? It is always best to start with the most difficult part, that way; you will be nearer to your goal because the hard part is already done. Or you can sort them by their respective deadline, whatever that could motivate you the most is the better. Just be sure to set aside plenty of time to do each project.
Motivation technique always works best if you reward yourself every time you completed a particular task. Giving yourself a little time to re energize will help you to be highly motivated. If you don’t’ break the routine the chance of losing focus on the goal is possible. Routine is considered as a motivation breaker.

All you have to do is to put the little star on every task that you have completed. Using visual motivation can help you become more motivated, because you can actually see your progress.
Aside from the above, there is another technique that can help you stay focus on the task, and it is the most obvious thing you need to do. Be sure not to drive yourself crazy trying to meet deadline after deadlines. Sometimes we actually push our self too much that I ended neglecting our self. When in truth, if we don’t eat properly, sleep in time, and take a few occasional breaks, we will become more inefficient. Taking a few minutes to relax can help you work faster.
Motivation are use to keep you focus on a particular task that you would like to accomplish. It is not design to trick you or make you more lax. Try these few techniques to help you become more productive. You don’t have to be afraid to change your routine, it can make you more motivated to keep you going.
