Your eyes help you see things, good or bad. They are God's way of showing you how beautiful not to mention, ugly, life can be. In fact, it has been named as the window to one's soul. That would be how deep your eyes could go which could also mean how beautiful a person could be, inside and out.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, or so they say. But what if there's something wrong in the beholder's eye? What happens to the supposed "beauty"? Here are some tips on how to avoid distortion of beauty.
Go veggie
From our parents to the health magazines that we read, we don't really have to be constantly reminded of this. The reputation of the greens, so far, has been really good which makes you wonder, why do some people just leave them on the side of their plates? Besides, there is absolutely no excuse for not eating even three to five servings daily and it will always be present in the main course of every meal. Take note, not only carrots but a lot of vegetables help improve your vision and strengthen the immune system. So what are you waiting for?
Eye Calisthenics
Calisthenics is right. When we get tired, it's not only our bodies that deserve the care and relaxation. Our eyes get stressed out to. Notice the obvious red veins slowly creeping out. One way of keeping those at bay is eye calisthenics. It is simply exercising the eyes.
An example would be rolling them, extending as far as possible. It may look ugly, but who cares? You're supposed to be doing this by yourself. Another way is blinking. No, you're not trying to look cute and all. You want to squeeze them real tight and then you can blink normally afterwards. Repeat until eyes feel more at ease.
Precautions on contacts
Contacts give you freedom from eyeglasses that hide you're beautiful eyes, but they're not on our side all the time. That is, unless we use them correctly.
Before getting one, make sure you know the proper way of handling them and putting them on. When buying them, never hesitate to ask questions to the salesperson or doctor. When it comes to beauty issues, please do your makeup with utmost care, especially in choosing which eye shadow is best. Use non-allergenic and water-based cream eye shadow. The contacts have to be put on first before the makeup and they come out first before removing makeup or washing the face.
