I am not a motivational coach or claim to be but I am hoping these following tips can help and inspire some people. If you've been on my lists or read my posts, you'd be familiar with my honest approach to things, so whatever I say only mean well.
Here is what I realized in all my years online - if you want to succeed, then you must really WANT TO succeed.
Okay, this is what I mean - It simply means that when you reach to a point where you are just tired of failing, then you had better be SERIOUS about your own success because you are ultimately responsible for your own actions or inaction.
Someone may provide you a proven system to help you enhance your business performance; whether you choose to use it and take some effort in actually learning and doing what is required from, is totally in YOUR control, not anyone else.
You cannot shift the blame away or give any excuses because you have a choice to learn it for whatever you do not know.
For example, there are many internet marketers who are experiencing amazing successes and made their first real affiliate money is to join an affiliate $19.97 membership program and promoting other people's products or service.
While there also few minorities who felt 'cheated' because they expected a complete home study course with a 1000 page book, DVDS and the works for their $19.97 investment. These few people have missed the point of membership completely.
See, if you are a program owner, you will find it is hard to please everyone.
We know the internet is a vast information center where you can get tutorials on just about everything, just simply doing a search at Google.com will help you achieve this.
Everyone starts from scratch, even these gurus and million dollar marketers you heard about - each of them ends up is a direct result of their own choices and action.
Honestly speaking, doing business on the Internet is not easy, it actually tough. Few months ago, I came to a point when I was just sick and tired of not getting the results that I expected to get - it was either quit or doing the next best thing. But what I did has changed everything.
I decided that success was the ONLY option for me, and I will do whatever the requirements are to achieve it.
The turning point came when I became serious and took responsibility for my own success.
Here is another simple example.
If you are serious about your online business, you need your own website. It is not an absolute must, but it is highly advisable, especially for the long term.
I understand that create a website is not for every new marketer, many of them do not know how to do it; me too, I did not know how to do it when I first started out. I even do not know what the web editor is. What I did is spend hours and hours in front of my computer and learn how to do it.
So if you do not have a website yet, think about what is the REAL reason that has stopping you from starting one, right now!
Is it laziness, unwillingness, or something else? Remember, the choice to be responsible, serious and committed is all up to you.
In fact, it is not difficult to get your website up; all you really need is a website creator, web hosting and an auto-responder.
If you search around, you can acquire all this free on the internet, so money is not an excuse. Although the free ones may not be the best, it is good enough to get you started and going.
What I am trying to say is - Do not give up if you are just starting out and find it all too overwhelming, it is normal.
Stick to a proven plan, learn as you go all the way along, as long as you are committed to learning and applying what you learn, you will achieve what you want.
