There will always be a lot of things to do which means you will need a lot of time, too. Here are the things you should find out, experience and take note of for safety precautions before and while you are inside another country.
1. Prepare your passport. Make sure it is constantly updated.
2. Check if you will need immunizations and take preventive medicines before you go.
3. Not all countries speak English as their second language. Be familiar with the language of the locals. Buy a small dictionary with useful phrases. This will help you go about the place like bargaining, looking for toilets and asking for directions.

11. Other countries have different adapters for electronic gadgets. So make sure you have every kind with you.
12. Get a bag little enough that you can carry around your neck and roomy enough for passport and money.
13. Make sure there aren't any recent attacks on tourists. Check the newsstands and reports firsthand.
14. Plan a good itinerary first before you go to a country. Make sure you have included all the beautiful and must-see places.
