The last question you have to answer is not about you but about the company you're joining itself. It is important that you affiliate yourself with a company that truly pays their members whatever they have worked for. They should also have a good payment system in place. To know if you're with a legitimate and progressive company, make a survey or ask other people over the internet. If the company has good feedbacks, then you should be on the safe side.
