Have you ever met someone and immediately felt like there was something not quite right? I am sure we all have. You can never put your finger on it, but you know in your gut that there is something wrong. Most times we let it go until we get the bad news that something has happened, but by that time it is already too late. Do your part and do some research to find the information that you need.
If you try and get criminal records online you may find yourself searching and searching for days on end only to end up at the government site telling you that you need to go down to their office and put your name in as wanting that information. One of the ways you can get around this is to just go online at your favorite search engine and enter the person’s name and see what it comes up with. What you will need to do is find out the person’s real full name, this is important as the person may go by a nick name or a middle name and you will not be able to get the information that you need.
Once you get the full name then try to find out where else the person has lived. You can do this by just asking casual questions about where they grew up or went to college. Once you get this information then head over to your computer and search the internet with the person’s name plus the city and state they lived in plus a term such as court record or criminal record. If there was a case that went through the criminal system with their name then it will come up in the search engines.
An example of this would be to enter something like the following: “Person Name + Los Angeles + California + Criminl Record.” You can try that or another word in place of criminal record such as court record. The key is to try and use different words in there to try and see if you can get any information at all about the person. Again you will need to get the person’s exact name to get the correct information. If the person has a very common first and last name then do your best to get the person’s middle name as well as this will cut down on confusion of the person with someone else. It will also help if you have the cities that the person has lived in as you can get criminal records in those cities as well.
Once you get the information that you need you can proceed accordingly. Having information that the new babysitter was arrested for abuse or that new neighbor has a history of theft then you will know what you need to do to keep your family and yourself out of harm’s way. Do your research and get criminal records before it is too late. Your family is worth it, you cannot put a price on their safety. Getting the information that you need could literally save your life.
