Dr. Gershonowicz is very proud of his caring staff, “The employees are here because of their innate communication ability. Then they are all trained with advanced skills in communication. We are a very social group; we aim to please and are very easy to get along with. Walking into our office is entering an environment that is very friendly and has a nice feel to it due to the people that are here, both the doctors and all our staff. This allows our patients to be serviced well.”
The other doctor, Dr. James Neme, also considers quality of patients’ care at Bright Side Dental as very important. “We are very patient centered. We are built around the patient. Emergency dentistry is treated with special care at Bright Side. If a patient is in pain or has some other dental emergency, they schedule them that day – if at all possible, and then figure out what it is that is causing that problem and under most circumstance, will entirely handle the problem that day. They want work you into their schedule as soon as possible, they are there to make it so you don’t need to live with the pain.
